What this site collects
Which organisation a visit comes from, identified from its IP address. There is no form and nothing to sign in to here.
Who is responsible
Fractional Quest Ltd, company no. 17322105, 71–75 Shelton Street, London WC2H 9JQ, runs this site. Privacy questions and requests go to hello@uksrs.org.uk.
What happens when you read a page
The site is hosted by Vercel, which keeps standard request logs, such as your IP address and browser, to serve and protect the site. Its fonts are served from this domain.
Snitcher (snitcher.com) runs on every visit, whatever you answer. It looks up your IP address to identify the organisation it belongs to (for example company name, website, industry, size and location) and records the pages viewed, time on site, how you arrived, and clicks on booking buttons. It does not tell us who you are personally. If you accept the cookie notice it also stores an identifier in your browser so return visits are linked; if you decline, no identifier is stored and that record stays IP-based only. We use this to understand which organisations are interested in our services, and we may contact those organisations through normal business channels. Snitcher acts as our processor.
Identifying the organisation you are visiting from rests on our legitimate interests in understanding and developing business interest in our services (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(f)); the Snitcher identifier stored after you accept rests on your consent (Article 6(1)(a)). To object, or to ask us to delete data Snitcher has recorded, write to hello@uksrs.org.uk.
The cookie notice stores your answer in your browser’s local storage, so it is not shown again. Apart from Snitcher’s identifier after you accept, nothing else is stored on your device.
Accounts and bookings
There is no account on this site. Accounts are made and held on uksrs.org.uk, and consultations are booked there; both are covered by the uksrs.org.uk privacy policy.
Your rights
Under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 you can ask what we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, at the address above. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
